Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Exceptions are weekends and holidays. Depending on where you are in the world, shipping takes about 2-3 days. You will receive a confirmation email with the delivery details.

All MADOW products are check by hand before shipment to ensure excellent quality levels. However, should you receive a faulty product, reach out to us via our contact form within 7 days of the delivered date.
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

The correct storage of your jewelry is important. To avoid damage, you should store your jewelry separately. This way you avoid scratches. All our jewelry is delivered in its own high-quality packaging. In it you can store them safely.
To keep your MADOW jewelry clean and polished, simply pour warm water into a small bowl mixed with some dishwashing soap. Using a soft cloth, gently wipe it until it is clean. Remove any remaining soap with a moistened cloth dipped in clean warm water. To maintain that beautiful shine, use either a jewelry polish or a special polishing cloth.
