Due to the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic there are currently certain delays in deliveries. These can be caused by changes in the transport process (e.g. border controls), in international transport (e.g. elimination of flight connections previously used for transport) and also in the delivery in the country of destination (e.g. protective regulations and quarantine measures).
A prominent example is the USA. Deliveries are open again, however it'll take 30 working days (sometimes even more) until the parcel arrives.
As there are barely official statements of the countries we're usually shipping to, we hope for your understanding that there might be limitations also for your country. If this is the case, you'll be notified immediately.
Due to the restrictions, we've extended our list of countries that we'll not ship into as follows:
Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bhangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Krim & Sewastopol, Cuba, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Syria, Taiwan, Uzbekistan, Yemen, Morocco, Russian Federation, Moldau, Fiji Islands, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Australia, Samoa, Tasmania, Papua New Guinea, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna.
For the time being we'll also not ship into countries in Africa, North, Middle & South America, except the following: Argentina, Canada, Greenland, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Uruguay.
Besides the above mentioned, shipping takes about 7-14 days within Europe. Within Germany it'll take 3-5 days. Outside of Europe the shipping time will be longer, due to the slow logistics caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. In any case you will receive a confirmation email with the delivery details.
